Art Excavation - Textural Abstract Landscape Painting with Nancy Jane Farnum

Join us for a 5-hour “Art Excavation” Workshop where you’ll create your own 20” x 20” abstract, textural landscape using a mix of materials like plaster, wax, paint, and varnish. No experience is needed—this is all about exploration and play.
You’ll learn how to mix colours with different substances and apply them in layers on a wood panel: apply, dry, scrape, repeat. In this process, there are no mistakes—just discovery.

Want your artwork to suit a special space? Bring a photo of the room, and we’ll help you adapt your colour palette.

All materials included. Light refreshments and snacks will be served.
